西藏自治区首次发现螟黄赤眼蜂

The First Record of Trichogramma chilonis Ishii in Tibet Region

摘要: 为发掘西藏地区本土的赤眼蜂资源,本研究利用灭活米蛾卵卡在西藏林芝嘎玛地区的梨园采集到一个赤眼蜂种群。采用ITS2序列比对鉴定所采集的赤眼蜂种类,并测定该蜂的生物学指标。结果表明:西藏林芝嘎玛地区所诱集的赤眼蜂鉴定为螟黄赤眼蜂Trichogramma chilonis Ishii,羽化率为80%,雌性比为57.14%,耐饥饿时间为1.08 d,后足径节长度为157.6 μm。本研究将为发掘西藏地区赤眼蜂资源提供参考,并为利用赤眼蜂在西藏自治区开展生物防治实践奠定基础。

Abstract: To investigate native species of Trichogramma in Tibet region, the present study collected populations of Trichogramma spp in the orchard locating in Gama district, Nyingchi city of Tibet region. The Trichogramma spp was identified as Trichogramma chilonis Ishii by the alignment of ITS2 sequence. The emergence rate of offspring was 80%. The female ratio was 57.14%. The duration of starvation tolerance was 1.08 day. The hind tibia length of female offspring was 157.6 μm. The results are expected to provide reference for the investigation of native Trichogramma species in Tibet, and support the application of Trichogramma in the biological control program in Tibet.
