Due to the lack of effective methods, a large number of rapid and accurate detections of I. fumosorosea in the diseased pests are impossible, which limits the scientific evaluation of the control effect of related biocontrol strains. In this study, through the primers designed and system optimization of the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP), a visual LAMP detection method was established for I. fumosorosea. The detection method had strong specificity, high accuracy, and no cross reaction with other common biocontrol strains and pathogenic bacteria; the detection time was short, and a positive result could be obtained in 60 minutes; the sensitivity was high, which was 100 fold that of conventional PCR detection methods. The establishment of this method provides a new technology for the virulence determination and safety evaluation of I. fumosorosea under field conditions. %U http://www.zgswfz.com.cn/EN/10.16409/j.cnki.2095-039x.2020.05.015
