With researching the colonization of Jt84 strain and the control effect of different spraying periods on rice false smut, the results showed that B. amyloliquefaciens Jt84 could effectively colonize on the rice leaf surface. We also observed that Jt84 strain maintaining the amount of colonizing bacteria on the leaf surface at 104 cfu per cm2 at 7~16 d, and it could detect after 30 days. The best biocontrol period for rice false smut was the period of flag leaf and second leaf pillow at the same place, also shown in field trials. The control effect on rice false smut was 77.8%~89.5% when Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Jt84 used at 200~400 mL per 667 m2. %U http://www.zgswfz.com.cn/EN/10.16409/j.cnki.2095-039x.2021.02.017
