%X A potential biocontrol strain, CRS-2, was isolated from maize rhizosphere soil. The strain showed antagonism against Fusarium graminearum, Magnaporthe oryzae, Botrytis cinerea, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Cercospora zeae, Helminthosporium maydis, and Rhizoctonia solani. The strain CRS-2 could inhibit the mycelial growth, mycelial morphology and spore germination of F. graminearum. The experiment of combined CRS-2 and water and fertilizer under film drip irrigation showed that the field control efficacy of CRS-2 against maize stalk rot was 52.3%. The complete genome sequence of CRS-2 were obtained by the third-generation PacBio sequencing technology. The genome length was 3202366 bp, encoding 3007 genes with average gene length gene was 943.76 bp. A total number of 198692 high-quality long reading fragments were obtained, the circle genome map was constructed, and the annotated coding genes showed that the strain was Asaia bogorensis (GenBank accession number:CP081941). This research provides a theoretical basis for further discovering microbial resources and their metabolic gene clusters for agricultural biological control.
