中生菌素(农抗751)防治白菜软腐病的效果试验初报

摘要: 中生菌素是由淡紫灰链霉菌海南变种(Streptomyces lavendulae var. hainanensis nov. Var.)产生的一种碱性水溶性N—糖甙类抗生素,对农作物细菌病害及某些真菌病害有广谱抗性。经3年温室、田间小区试验及示范证明,中生菌素防治白菜软腐病效果显著:温室使用浓度60~100ppm,防效为72.8~100%;田间使用浓度100ppm,拌种防效60~65%,拌种加喷施2~3次防效80~100%;但用药时期及雨量会影响药效。

Abstract: Zhong Sheng Jun Su", a product from Streptomyces lavendulae var. hainanensis new var., is a water soluble basic substance. Results of the greenhouse, field plot, and large-scale field tests conducted during 1987-89 showed that the new antibiotic had wide spectrum control effects against some bacterial and fungal disease of vegetables, especially bacterial soft rot (Erwinia aroideae) of crucifers. When it was used at a concentration of 60-100 ppm a.i. in greenhouse, and 100 ppm a.i. seed treatment in the field, the diseased host plants (by infection index) were reduced by 72.8-100% and 60-65%, respectively. The control effect was found to be affected by the time of application and rainfall.
