摘要: 枯草芽孢杆菌B-903菌株产生的抗菌物质,在偏酸性条件下能经受121℃(1.4Pa/cm2 )高温20分钟,仍保持原来的抗菌活性;在中性和偏碱性环境中不具备热稳定性。该抗菌物质在pH=4的溶液中,半年以上仍保持活性;但在碱性条件下2个月即失活性,显示了其酸稳定性。在强酸pH2~3条件下,可使有效物质从溶液中沉淀分离出来;调高pH值又可使其重新溶于水中。

Abstract: Experiments showed that the antagonistic substance of B-903 strain still preserved it's inhibitory action to pathogenic fungi when autoclaved at 121℃, (1 4Pa/cm2) for 20 min in acid solution. However, this substance was not stable when treated by the same temperature at pH≥7.0. The antagonistic substance in acid solution (pH=4) could perserve it's inhibiting function for more than 6 monthes but only for 2 monthes in an alkaline solution. This substance could be precipitated and isolated in an strong acid solution and dissolved again in alkaline solution.
