侵染黑肩绿盲蝽的突破虫霉新记录

First Record of Entomopathogenic Fungus Entomophthora erupta Infecting Cyrtorhinus lividipennis (Hemiptera: Miridae)

摘要: 黑肩绿盲蝽Cyrtorhinus lividipennis病原真菌突破虫霉Entomophthora erupta在中国广东省首次被发现, 该菌可引起稻田中的黑肩绿盲蝽种群流行病, 侵染率为33.1%, 主要侵染黑肩绿盲蝽的成虫或3~5龄若虫, 对3~5龄若虫和成虫的侵染率分别为2%、6.7%、8.3%和14%; 被侵染盲蝽成虫性比为1∶1。 本文还描述了黑肩绿盲蝽感染突破虫霉的症状及该菌的形态特征。

Abstract: A new fungal pathogen Entomophthora erupta infecting Cyrtorhinus lividipennis was found during a survey of pathogens of C. lividipennis in Guangdong province, China in 2009. The fungus caused an epizootic in rice fields during aut umn 2009, with infection rate in C. lividipennis reaching 33.1%. The main stages of C. lividipennis infected with the fungus were adults or 3rd, 4th and 5th instar nymphs. Infection rates from the 3rd, 4th and 5th instar nymphs and the adults of C. lividipennis populations were 2%, 6.7%, 8.3% and 14%, respectively. Sex ratio of C. lividipennis infected was 1∶1. Meanwhile, the disease symptoms were presented and the fungus was morphologically described from naturally infected host insects. This is the first report of a naturally occurring pathogenic fungus infecting C. lividipennis.
