利用昆虫病原线虫防治草菇双额岩小粪蝇

Using Entomopathogenic Nematodes for Control of Mushroom Fly, Bifronsina bifrons (Stenhammar) (Diptera: Sphaeroceridae)

摘要: 草菇双额岩小粪蝇Bifronsina bifrons 是当前草菇生产中的重要害虫。本文测定了5个线虫品系在(30±0.5) ℃下对草菇双额岩小粪蝇的致死率和LT50。结果表明,各线虫品系在浓度4000 IJs·mL-1 下的LT50 范围为2.13~4.71 d,其中夜蛾斯氏线虫Steinernema feltiae SN 品系对双额岩小粪蝇的毒力最大,LT50 为2.13 d,侵染5 d 后的致死率达86.67%。菇房施用4×106 IJs.m-2 S. feltiae SN 品系和嗜菌异小杆线虫Heterorhabditis bacteriophora H06 品系悬浮液于培养基表面6 d 后,对双额岩小粪蝇的防治效果分别达到70.37%和45.68%,SN 线虫对双额岩小粪蝇的防效与阿维菌素相当。

Abstract: Mushroom fly, Bifronsina bifrons, is an important insect pest in straw mushroom production in South China. Virulence of five strains of Steinernema and Heterorhabditis to the fly was bioassayed at (30±0.5) ℃ in laboratory. Results showed that LT50 values of the five strains to the mushroom fly ranged from 2.13 d to 4.71 d. S. feltiae SN strain was a potential biocontrol agent against the mushroom fly with LT50 value of 2.13 d and 86.67% of lethality at the concentration of 4000 IJs·mL-1 at 5 d after treatment. Field trails demonstrated that when nematode suspensions containing 4×106 IJs·m-2 were sprayed onto the mushroom beds the day before inoculation, control efficacy of S. feltiae SN strain and H. bacteriophora H06 strain against the mushroom fly at 6 d after treatment was 70.37% and 45.68%, respectively, and the control efficacy of S. feltiae SN strain was almost the same as that of avermectins.
