放线菌菌株1706的鉴定及其对草莓白粉病的防治效果

Identification of Antagonistic Strain 1706 and Its Effect onStrawberry Powdery Mildew

摘要: 从采自四川峨眉山的土样中分离到放线菌菌株1706,根据菌体形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征和16S rDNA 序列分析,初步鉴定该菌株为利尻链霉菌Streptomyces rishiriensis。室内生物测定表明该菌株发酵滤液对小麦赤霉病菌和苹果腐烂病菌具有明显的抑制作用,抑菌率分别为75.58%和61.63%。田间防效试验表明,发酵滤液对草莓白粉病防效达81.25%,显著高于10%苯醚甲环唑500倍液的防效(69.13%)。以上研究结果显示菌株1706是防治草莓白粉病的潜在生防菌株,具有良好的开发应用价值。

Abstract: An antagonistic strain 1706, isolated from the soil collected in E'mei mountain of Sichuan Province, was identified as S.rishiriensis according to its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence. Antagonistic test indicated that culture filtrate of the strain was inhibitive to Rhizotonia cerealis and Fusarium graminearum by reducing their mycelia growth up to 75.58% and 61.63%, respectively. Field tests indicated that control efficiency of the culture filtrate of the strain on strawberry powdery mildew was significantly higher than that of difenoconazole 500-fold dilution (81.25% vs 69.13%). All the results demonstrated that the strain 1706 is a highly potential biological control agent.
