摘要:

从棉株根围土壤中分离到200多株土壤微生物。通过土壤微生物-棉枯萎病菌平板对峙培养,筛选出抑菌效果较好的7个菌株,即绿色木霉T-03,芽孢杆菌B-01、B-03,放线菌A-03、A-06、A-07、A-19。用上述7个土壤拮抗菌进行棉花枯萎病田间小区防效试验的结果表明,T-03对棉花枯萎病的防效最高,达76.5%;4个放线菌株的防病效果在60.5%~65.1%之间,其中A-03对棉花出苗有一定抑制作用;B-01、B-03的防效分别是36.4%和54.0%。

Abstract: More than 200 strains of soil-microbes were isolated from cotton rhizosphere soil. Based on soil-microbes-pathogen (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum) pairing culture, seven strains of soil antagonistic microbes were selected, namely Trichoderma viride (T-03), Bacillus spp.(B-01,B-03) and Actinomyces spp.(A-03, A-06, A-07, A-19). The above-mentioned soil-antagonistic strains were tested for controlling cotton fusarium wilt disease in the field. The results showed that T-03 was the best, the control effect was 76.5%. The control effect of the four strains of Actinomyces, A-03,A-06,A-07 and A-19 was 60.5% to 65.1%, and Bacillus B-01 and B-03 was 36.4% and 54.0% respectively. A-03 was found to have inhibiting action on cotton emergence.
