温度对红铃虫甲腹茧蜂生长发育与繁殖的影响

Influence of Temperature on Development and Fecundity of Chelonus pectinophorae Cushman

摘要: 在实验室条件下,以红铃虫甲腹茧蜂Chelonu spectinophorae Cushman为研究对象,研究了不同温度条件对其生长发育的影响,明确了各虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明:红铃虫甲腹茧蜂从卵至幼虫期的发育起点温度为11.8℃,有效积温为276.1日·度;蛹期的发育起点温度为13.8℃,有效积温为119.9日·度。在20~36℃范围内,红铃虫甲腹茧蜂卵-幼虫历期、蛹重、化蛹率、羽化率等各生命参数均是随温度的变化表现为先升后降,其在28℃时的历期最短、蛹重最重,化蛹率、羽化率及繁殖力等最高,由此可以推断出其最适温度为28℃。本文为红铃虫甲腹茧蜂的大规模工厂化繁育和田间生物防治应用提供了科学依据。

Abstract: The influence of temperature on growth and development of Chelonus pectinophorae Cushman were determined under laboratory conditions. Results indicated that the developmental zero and effective accumulated temperatures of C. pectinophorae was 11.8℃ and 276.1℃ for egg-larval stage, 13.8℃ and 119.9℃ for pupal stage. In the range of 20-36℃, the life parameters such as the egg-larval duration, pupal weight, pupation rate and emergence rate of C. spectinophorae increased and then decreased with temperature increase. It has the shortest larval duration, the heaviest pupal weight, the highest pupation and emergence rate and fertility at 28℃, indicating that the optimum temperature is 28℃. These results are of significance for the mass rearing of C. pectinophorae and biocontrol against pests in the field.
