一种枣尺蠖核型多角体病毒

摘要: 1985年在饲养枣尺蠖过程中,发现罹病虫尸,从中分离到一种核多角体病毒。经鉴定,属杆状病毒属(Baculovirus)的A亚组。扫描电镜观察,多角体大都呈正立方球体,平均直径为1.4~2.2微米。病毒粒子杆状,大小为57×257微米左右,单粒包埋。该病毒主要侵染脂肪体、皮细胞、气管壁、神经细胞及马氏管等的细胞核。对枣尺蠖幼虫有较强的致病力。

Abstract: A nuolear polyhedrosis virus was isolated from laboratory reared C. zao in BeiJing, 1985. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the polyhedrons were four-ateriographic sphere in shaps, with 1.4 to 2.2 u diameter. The vlrons were rod-shaped, approxiMately 57 × 257 nm, and singly embeded. The virus infected mainly the nuclei of the fat body cells, epithelia cells and tracheal cells, nerve tissue, and Halpighian tubules of the host. The virus was determined as a member of the Subgroup A of genus Baculovirus.
