亚洲玉米螟卵龄对玉米螟赤眼蜂寄生与发育的影响

Effect of Age of Ostrinia furnacalis Eggs on the Parasitism and Developmentof Trichogramma ostriniae

摘要: 室内观察了不同发育龄期的亚洲玉米螟卵对亚洲玉米螟赤眼蜂寄生能力的影响及寄生发生后二者的发育情况。结果发现,25 ℃下,亚洲玉米螟卵在产下96h 后开始孵化。赤眼蜂的寄生发生率随寄主龄期的增加而呈下降趋势,但未随亚洲玉米螟卵龄的增加而线性降低,84h寄主卵不能被成功寄生。以发育0~12h 的卵为寄主时,赤眼蜂6h 内所能寄生的寄主卵数、寄生后羽化蜂总数及雌蜂数最多,分别为14.9 粒、20.0 头和17.4 头。6h 寄生产生的总后代数量受供试寄主卵龄的影响显著,基本随寄主卵龄的增加而下降,以0~12h 最多,72~84h 的最少。共计死亡蜂数以0~12h、12~24h 和60~72h 的处理较多; 0~12h 和60~72h 卵为寄主时无羽化孔的寄主卵内完整死亡蜂数较其他时间的显著要高。除0~12h 卵为寄主外,发育而未孵出的寄主幼虫数随供试寄主龄期的增高呈上升趋势,以72~84h 的最高。在寄主卵龄期0~84h内的每一处理中,供试寄主卵的发育结果均有三种情况出现: ①寄主幼虫孵化; ②赤眼蜂羽化; ③既无赤眼蜂羽化,亦无寄主幼虫孵出,且死亡的寄主卵数随供试寄主卵龄增加而增加。推测寄生发生后,在赤眼蜂和寄主胚胎间存在进攻与防御现象。

Abstract: The effect of Ostrinia f urnacalis eggs age on parasitism by Trichogramma ostriniae and their respective development after parasitism were observed in the laboratory. Under 25 ±1 ℃, 15L∶9D andRH 70 % , O. f urnacalis eggs started to hatch from 96 h onwards. The proportion of wasps that successfully parasitized host eggs decreased with increase of age of host eggs , but the decrease was not linear ,and no successful parasitization occurred when eggs were 84 h old. When provided with 0 - 12 h old host eggs , female wasps parasitized the most number of host eggs , and the parasitized hose eggs yielded the most number of offspring wasps and female wasps , which were 14. 9 , 20. 0 and 17. 4 , respectively , and were significantly higher than those when host eggs of older ages were provided. The total number of
progeny eventually produced from parasitization per female within 6 h was significantly influenced by host age. The highest total number of progeny , 25. 6 , was produced when host age was 0 - 12 h and the least number of total progeny , 7. 6 , was produced when host age was 72 - 84 h. The number of parasitoid progeny died inside host eggs were 5. 6 , 6. 7 , and 5. 7 , respectively , when host age was 0 - 12 h , 12 -24 h and 60 - 72 h , and were significantly higher than that when eggs of other age groups were provided as hosts. In some host eggs all parasitoids died inside , and the number of parasitoids that died in this way was significantly higher when host eggs of 0 - 12 h and 60 - 72 h old were provided than when host eggs of other age groups were provided. As the age of host eggs increased from 12 h onwards , the number of host embryos that developed into larvae but failed to hatch increased , and reached 21. 2 when the host age was 72 - 84 h. In all the host age groups from 0 - 84 h , the following three types of outcome occurred : one O. furnacalis larva , one or two parasitoid wasps , neither wasp nor host larva. The total number of hosts that failed to result in either parasitoid wasp or host larva increased with age of host eggs.These results suggest that there were attack-defense interactions between the developing parasitoid and host embryo inside host eggs.
