玫烟色拟青霉北京变种防治温室白粉虱的研究

摘要: 1982—1984年,在北京郊区温室黄瓜上,用玫烟色拟青霉北京变种的制剂,系统控制温室白粉虱。试验明确在平均温度15~21℃、相对湿度79—93%条件下,拟青霉寄生率:若虫80%、蛹63%、成虫41%。初瓜期开始防治三次,防治期70天,种群增长指数为0.40,控制种群效果达95%,成虫防效为94%。

Abstract: Results of experiments performed from 1982 to 1984 to control the whltefly with P. fumosoroseus var. beiJingensis on cucumber in greenhouses in Beijing showed a 71-100% effectiveness. Under the greenhouse conditions with the mean temperature ranging from 15.6-21.3°C and 79-93% RH, three applications of the fungous spores at 10 to 14 days interval, beginning from the initial fruiting stage, resulted in an average of 40% adult suppression. The infection rate for nymphs, pupae and adults were 81%, 63% and 41%, respectively. The population growth index for the peat was O.4 throughout the 70-day experiment.
