黄瓜PGPR菌株S160的鉴定及其对重金属铅的吸附研究

Identification of PGPR Strain S160 on Cucumber and Its Adsorption for Lead Ions

摘要: 为探索植物根际促生菌对枯萎病的防效及其对重金属吸附能力,从黄瓜根际土壤中筛选得到一株细菌S160。根据菌株形态、生理生化特性,并结合16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定为粘质沙雷氏菌Serratiamarcescens。盆栽苗沾根接种菌株S160分析其防效和促生定殖能力,结果表明菌株S160对黄瓜苗有显著的促生作用,根部定殖量达到7.20×103 CFU/g,对枯萎病的防效可达57.2%。利用原子吸收测定S160菌液中Pb2+的浓度变化,菌株S160可以吸附培养基中的Pb2+,吸附率可达47.63%。研究结果揭示了菌株S160良好的防病促生及其修复重金属铅污染的潜力。

Abstract: A bacterial isolate S160 from cucumber rhziosphere was obtained and screened for its ability to promote cucumber growth, control cucumber Fusarium oxysporum and absorb heavy metal Pb2+. Based on comparative analysis of 16S rDNA sequence, morphology and chemotaxonomic traits, strain S160 was identified as Serratia marcescens. By pot experiment, control efficiency against cucumber F. oxysporum was evaluated with 57.2%. Growth promotion assay in cucumber showed better promoting effect and root colonization capacity, with colonization quantity is about 7.20×103 CFU/g. Atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to measure the concentration of Pb2+ in the liquid medium after treated with strain S160. The concentration of Pb2+ decreased after treated with strain S160 and the adsorption rate of Pb2+ reached 47.63%. These results indicate that strain S160 share a certain capacity in controlling cucumber Fusarium wilt, promoting cucumber growth and remediation of heavy metal Pb2+.
