摘要: 应用微核试验、染色体畸变分析及姐妹染色单体互换分析等细胞遗传学方法,在整体动物体内及高体细胞系统中,综合测试茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒(EoNPV)的遗传毒理效应,结果证明:EoNPV无论在实验动物体内还是在试管系统中均未显示诱发染色体畸变的能力,不能引起人及实验动物染色体的损伤。为EoNPV在茶园中防治茶尺蠖提供了安全性依据。

Abstract: By means of cytogenetic methods such as micronucleus test, chromosome aberration analysis and sister chrornatid exchange analysis, potential mutageneticity of the nuclear polyhedrosis virus of Ectropis obliqua, a lepidopte.rous pest of tea gardens, was comprehensively assessed. None of the experimental results gives evidence of Eo NPV mutageneticity either in vivo or in vitro. Bo NPV causes no damage to chromosomes of man and vertebrates
