拟青霉云南菌株的杀线虫作用

Nematicidal Activity of Paecilomyces Isolates from Yunnan Province

摘要:

测定了来自云南部分地区的拟青霉36 株菌株对全齿复活线虫的杀虫作用。结果表明,
除已知种淡紫拟青霉对线虫有毒杀作用外,拟青霉属中其余菌株对线虫也有一定的杀虫作用。
其中,采自昆明西山的环链拟青霉-11 号菌株对线虫有很强的降解作用,在CMV 和沙氏培养基
上,24h 对线虫的致死率分别为68.7 %和90.8 %; 一株待定种A-43-1 菌株对线虫有很强的致死作用,在CMA 培养基上,24h 对线虫的致死率达94.7 % ,并且其分泌的红色素能被线虫吸
收,使虫体变红。

Abstract: The activity of 36 isolates from Yunnan Province assigned to Paecilomyces was tested against nematode ( Panagrellus redivivus) . Results showed that some of them could destroy nematode. Besides Paecilomyces lilacinus , a known species with nematicidal activitly by producing toxin and extracellular enzyme , an isolate of P. cateniannulatus (no. 11) degraded nematode obviously , and an unidentified isolate (A-43-1) with higher nematicidal activity by secreting a red pigment , stained nematodes to red.
