放线菌株HND39的种类鉴定及其对植物病原菌的抑制作用

Identification and Fungal Inhibition Spectrum of Actinomycetes Strain HND39

摘要: 从天山自然保护区土样中分离到放线菌株HND39,平板对峙培养法测定其对植物病原菌的拮抗作用。室内生物测定表明,HND39的代谢产物对油菜菌核病菌、辣椒炭疽病菌等15种重要植物病菌具有明显的抑制效果,对烟草炭疽病菌、油菜菌核病菌、辣椒炭疽病菌和烟草黑胫病菌的菌丝生长抑制率分别达到54.2%、70.6%、51.9%、58.7%。通过对HND39进行扫描电镜观察、培养性状观察、生理生化测定,以及结合16S rDNA序列分析,初步鉴定该菌株为微红链霉菌(Streptomyces subrutilus)。

Abstract: Actinomycetes strain HND39, isolated from soil samples of Tianshan reservation region, showed inhibitory activity when its filtrate was mixed into medium plate against Colletotrichum nicotianae, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Colletotrichum capsici, Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae by reducing mycelium growth 54.2%, 70.6%, 51.9% and 58.7% respectively. The strain was identified as Streptomyces subrutilus according to its morphology, culture characteristics, chemotaxonomic tests and 16S rDNA analysis.
