青枯雷尔氏菌生防芽胞杆菌的快速筛选及其鉴定

Rapidly Screening and Identification of an Antagonistic Bacillus sp. against Ralstonia solanacearum

摘要: 从福建省长泰市采集土壤样本中筛选到了1株对青枯雷尔氏菌强致病菌株具有强拮抗作用的芽胞杆菌,其编号为菌株FJAT-B。抑菌圈试验表明该菌株对青枯雷尔氏菌具有较稳定的抑菌效果。经过形态特征、生理生化特征、16S rRNA和ITS鉴定及全细胞脂肪酸分析表明该生防芽胞杆菌FJAT-B为解淀粉芽胞杆菌Bacillus amyloliquefaciens。该生防菌的最佳生长pH为7~8,培养36 h达到对数生长期,生长量随着盐浓度增加生长速度逐渐降低。

Abstract: A bacteria strain FJAT-B, suppressed Ralstonia solanacearum greatly, was isolated from soil samples collected in changtai town Fujan province, and had the stable inhibitory effect on R. solanacearum by the inhibition zone test. According to the characteristics of morphology, physiology and biochemi stry tests, the comparison of 16S rRNA and ITS sequence and celluar fatty acid analysis, strain FJAT-B was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. Optimal growth of the strain FJAT-B was at pH 7—8, growth was to logarithmic phase after 36 h, and gradually reduced by increasing salt concentration.
