田间施放绿僵菌防治稻水象甲效果评价

Evaluation of Metarhizium anisopliae for Control of Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus in the Field

摘要: 在稻水象甲成虫怀卵期 ,田间用绿僵菌 (1014 孢子 / hm2 )喷雾防治,13天后对成虫的防治效果达92.5%。经防治后的幼虫和次代成虫平均虫口分别为2.12和0.30头/丛,而对照分别为 8.40和4.17头/丛,差异均达极显著(t>0.01)。对虫口密度高发地块,若采取菌剂和化学农药配合使用,效果则更佳。

Abstract: Using Metarhizium anisopliae to control rice water weevil, Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus at pre oviposition stage was conducted in the field Result showed that the adult population of Loryzophilus was reduced by 92 .5% 13 d after spraying at a rate of 1014 spores/ha Larva and adult populations in the coming generation were decreased to 2.12 and 0.30 per hill, while those in the check the populations were 8. 40 and 4 .17 per hill respectively.
