摘要: 试验研究了2株白僵菌和3株绿僵菌的分生孢子在高温短时处理及高温培养条件下的萌发和成活。35℃短时处理对孢子的萌发和生长基本无影响。40~50℃是孢子的敏感区。从高纬度地区吉林采集的菌株B9对高温最敏感,在40℃处理10分钟,发芽率下降80%。采自非洲的菌株M189对高温的抵抗力最强,在40℃处理4小时和50℃处理1小时,孢子的发芽率保持在40%以上,60℃处理20分钟仍有大约1%的发芽率。高温培养结果表明,35℃时只有M189的成菌落数为67.7%,其它4个菌株均在1%以下。
Abstract: The conidia of 2 isolates of Beauveria and 3 isolates of Metarhizium were heat- treated in water-bath and in oven at 35~100℃ for 10~60 min. The germination and growth of the conidia was not influenced at 35℃ and the sensitive range of these conidia was at 40~50℃. The isolate B9 collected from Jilin province in north China, was the most sensitive to high temperature among the 5 isolates, and only 20% of the conidia of this isolate germinated when treated at 40℃ for 10 min. The isolate M189 collected from Africa had an especially high tolerance to temperature. The rate of conidium germination still maintained above 40% at 40℃ for 4 h or at 50℃ for 1 h. About 1% of the conidia could germinate at 60℃ for 20 min. The result of the culture on PPDA(modified PDA) plates showed that the colony forming unit (CFU) of the isolate M189 was 67.7% and the other 4 isolates'were less than 1% at 35℃.
