摘要: APpS是一种由蜡状芽孢杆菌产生的新型抗真菌环状多肽。研究表明,APS具有广谱抗菌性,其对棉花枯萎病等多种病原真菌及黑曲霉的孢子萌发具有强烈的抑制作用,最小的MIC达2.5μg/ml-1,对真菌的生长亦具有强烈的抑制作用。随着APS处理浓度的增加,菌丝生长速度明显降低,甚至为零。扫描电镜观察表明,经APS处理后,菌丝发生顶端膨大,分支缩短等异常形态学变化。

Abstract: APS is a novel cyclic polypeptide antibiotic produced by Bacillus cereus S 1. In the presence of APS in YPG broth hypha growth and spore germination of several phytopathogenic fungi were strongly inhibited. Micrographic observation revealed that the antibiotic made the hyphal top expanded and the hypha branches shortened. The study lays a foundation for the further study of inhibition mechanism.
