昆虫病原线虫的生物反应器培养

摘要: 本文在摇瓶培养的基础上,应用气升内环流反应器、鼓泡式反应器和机械搅拌通气反应器进行昆虫病原斯氏线虫A24品系的液体培养研究。结果显示,气升内环流反应器最适合于线虫的培养,不仅产量高而且线虫侵染率亦高。同时在气升式反应器中研究了通气强度对线虫培养的影响,得出最佳培养条件,即前期通气量1.0vvm,中期通气量0.8vvm,后期通气量1.5vvm。

Abstract: This paper deals with liquid culture of entomopathogenic nemotode Steinernema carpocapsae A24 in air-lift internal loop bioreactor, bubble tank bioreactor and stirred tank bioreactor on the base of flask culture. The result indicates that the highest yield of infective nematode can be obtained in air lift internal loop bioreactor. The research on the effect of amount of aeration on the nematode culture results in the optium amount of aeration: 1.0vvm during 1~6 d, 0.8vvm during 7~12 d and 1 5vvm during 13~18 d.
