苏云金芽孢杆菌对甜菜夜蛾幼虫毒力的生物测定方法

BIOASSAY METHOD OF EVALUATING TOXICITY OF BACILLUS THURINGIENSIS AGAINST LARVAE OF SPODOPTERA EXIGUA

摘要: 甜菜夜蛾的室内人工饲养及不同感染因素对生物测定结果的影响研究表明, 用人工半合成饲料在室内可以大量饲养甜菜夜蛾, 其生长发育历期、化蛹率、羽化率、雌雄性比和产卵均表现正常。感染时间、幼虫日龄和感染温度对生物测定结果有一定影响, 随着感染时间(3、5、7天) 的延长, 生物测定中致死中浓度LC50显著降低, 测定结果的重复性增强; 而随着感染幼虫日龄(1、2、3天) 的升高,LC50有显著升高, 且测定结果的重复性降低, 依次为32.1、64.9、171.1Lg/m l; 随着感染温度(22、25、28℃) 的升高,LC50有较显著降低; 饲料的存放时间(4~8天) 对生物测定的结果只有轻微影响。

Abstract: Experiments were designed to rear Spodoptera exigua in laboratory and to establish a bioassay method evaluating the toxicity of Bt against S. exigua. Results showed that artificial diet could be used to rear S. exigua successfully. The development, rate of pupation, emergence and sexratio of S. exigua were normal. Factors such as developmental stage of the testing larvae, length of incubation period afer infection and temperature would affect LC50 values. It is recommended that newly hatched larvae should be used in bioassay and reliable and consistan tresults can be abtained 7 days after infection at 25℃.
