昆虫病原真菌的生态适应性及其生物防治应用策略

摘要: 昆虫病原真菌被研究用于农林害虫生物防治, 其田间生态适应性直接关系到防治效果和防效稳定性。为了获得良好防效, 除了需要菌株具有对靶标害虫的高度致病力, 还需要具有适应田间环境的生存能力。本文从昆虫病原真菌种类和分布多样性、与昆虫及植物的生态关系、田间种群动态等方面综述分析其生态适应性, 希望有助于从生态学角度理解昆虫病原真菌的生物防治综合作用, 并有助于根据生态种群特点制定未来的生物防治应用策略。

Abstract: Entomopathogenic fungi are used as bio-insecticides to control insect pests in agricultural and forest ecosystem. Their ecological adaptability in field was directly interrelated to control efficiency and constancy. To ensure a good control result, it is required for the fungal strains with a strong ability of field survival as well as the high virulence against the target insects. This paper summarized ecological adaptability of entomopathogenic fungi including diversity of species and distribution, relationships with insects and plants, population dynamic and so on. The review paper provides better ecological understanding on entomopathogenic fungi as key biological control agents, and benefits strategy choice of biocontrol application in the future.
