虫生真菌的非核糖体肽类毒素

Non-ribosomal Peptidic Toxins of Entomogenous Fungi

摘要: 非核糖体肽(non-ribosomal peptides, NRPs)是一类主要由氨基酸(包括特殊的或修饰过的氨基酸)及羟基酸组成的小分子化合物, 它不在核糖体上合成, 而是通过所谓的硫模板多聚酶机制(thiotemplate multienzyme mechanism)的多酶复合系统合成的一类肽类次级代谢产物。NRPs的功能主要包括免疫抑制剂、抗生素、细胞增殖抑制剂、铁载体或离子载体等。虫生真菌产生的非核糖体肽毒素目前主要发现8种, 即efrapeptin、环孢菌素(cyclosporin)、绿僵菌素(destruxin)、白僵菌素(beauvericin)、恩镰菌素(enniatin)、 球孢交酯(bassianolide)、白僵交酯(beauverolide)和serinocyclin, 本文介绍上述毒素的种类、结构、活性与作用机理, 为相关研究者提供参考。

Abstract: Non-ribosomal peptides are small molecular compounds mainly composed of specific or modified amino acids and oxyacids. They are synthesized via thiotemplate multienzyme mechanism of multifunctional enzyme complex system other than on ribosome. NRPs show a broad range of biological activities, functions of non-ribosomal peptides mainly include antibiotics, immunity inhibitor, cell proliferation inhibitor, siderophore or ionophore, etc. There are eight primary kinds of non-ribosomal peptides produced by entomogenous fungi, inculding efrapeptin, cyclosporin, destruxin, beauvericin, enniatin, bassianolide, beauverolide and serinocyclin. The types, structures, activity, mechanism of these NRPs were reviewed to provide a reference for researchers interested in NPRs.
