红火蚁高致病力黄绿绿僵菌菌株的筛选

Selection of Metarhizium flavoviride Isolates to Control the Red Imported Fire Ant Solenopsis invicta

摘要: 从土壤中及昆虫寄主上分离获得了12株黄绿绿僵菌Metarhizium flavoviride菌株,在实验室条件下研究了不同菌株对红火蚁工蚁的致病力,并就筛选出的高致病力菌株SM076对红火蚁的控制效果进行了检测。试验结果表明,在相同孢子浓度下,红火蚁大型工蚁对菌株SM076的致死敏感性高于小型工蚁,两者处理后14 d的LC50分别为9.29×104和1.02×106 孢子·mL-1。在1×107 和1×108 孢子·mL-1浓度的菌液处理下,红火蚁大型工蚁(兵蚁)和小型工蚁(工蚁)的LT50分别为7.88 d、9.11 d和6.14 d、7.81 d。随着黄绿绿僵菌孢子悬浮液浓度的增加,红火蚁的死亡率不断升高,致病时间缩短,致死中时间降低。研究表明,所筛选的黄绿绿僵菌菌株SM076是一株防控红火蚁危害的优良生防菌株。

Abstract: Twelve isolates of Metarhizium flavoviride from soil and insect hosts were evaluated for their pathogenicity to red imported fire antSolenopsis invicta under laboratory conditions. The strain SM076 was more virulent to red imported fire antS. invicta than other isolates. Results indicated that macrergate were more sensitive to SM076 than micrergate when they treated with same concentration of SM076. By immersion, LC50 values for old and micrergate on day 14 post-treatment were 9.29×104 and 1.02×106 conidia·mL-1. The LT50 values for macrergate and micrergate when treated with 1×107 and 1×108 conidia·mL-1 of SM076 suspension were 7.88, 9.11 d and 6.14, 7.81 d respectively. Moreover, the mortality of S. invicta increased and the lethal time reduced with the increase of the conidium concentration. Our research indicated that, the entomopathogenic fungi M. flavoviride strain SM076 could be the potential candidate in red imported fire ants control.
