摘要： 对枯草芽孢杆菌菌株Tpb55的安全性进行了合理的评价,就菌粉Tpb55对试验动物进行了相关的毒理学试验。结果表明,菌株Tpb55对小鼠、大鼠急性经口LD₅₀大于5000 mg·kg^-1,对大鼠急性经皮LD₅₀大于5000 mg·kg^-1;对兔皮肤刺激强度为无刺激性,眼刺激平均指数48 h后为0,眼刺激强度为无刺激性;对豚鼠致敏率为0,属I级弱致敏物,无致敏性;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细孢微核以及性染色体及常染色体单价体等3项致突变试验为阴性,说明菌株Tpb55没有致突变作用。

Abstract: The toxicological safety of Bacillus subtilis strain Tpb55 was evaluated. The results showed that the acute oral and cute dermal toxicity of LD₅₀of Tpb55 was greater than 5000 mg·kg^-1, respectively. No irritation to rabbit skin and eye was found, and the rate of dermal sensitization was 0 after 48 h. Thus, it can be concluded that the acute toxicity of Tpb55 both through mouth and skin was in lower level with no irritations to rabbit skin and eye detected. Its dermal hypersusceptibility rate was zero for the guinea pigs, being a weak sensitized tar of gradeⅠ, there were no significant differences between the experimental groups and the control group in micronucleus assay and sperm shape abnormality. Therefore, the strain Tpb55 is a safe biological bacterium with low toxicity, no irritation, no sensitization and no mutagenic effect.
