解淀粉芽胞杆菌Lx-11防治水稻细菌性条斑病应用技术研究

High Efficiency Application Technology with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Lx-11 against Rice Bacterial Leaf Streak

摘要: 解淀粉芽胞杆菌Lx-11能够有效防治水稻细菌性条斑病,研究生防菌Lx-11田间高效使用技术对保证生防效果至关重要。本文针对生防菌Lx-11初步研究了其最适使用时期、使用浓度及使用次数,结果表明,生防菌Lx-11最适喷施时期为水稻细菌条斑病初发病期,喷施生防菌Lx-11的浓度(菌含量)不低于1×107 cfu·mL-1,防治间隔期为10 d。按照此使用技术,生防菌Lx-11对水稻细菌性条斑病的防治效果大于60%,显著高于化学药剂叶枯唑。

Abstract: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Lx-11 possesses biocontrol activity against rice bacterial leaf streak (BLS) caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola. It is important to establish the biocontrol technology under different environmental conditions. The high efficiency application technology of Lx-11 was studied in this article. The results indicated the control efficacy was promising when sprayed Lx-11 on the early infective stage of rice bacterial leaf streak with concentration of no less than 1×107 cfu·mL-1, and control interval for 10 days. According to the technology, the control efficacy of Lx-11 against bacterial was about 60%, better than bismerthlazol treatment.
