结果显示,6个苍耳种群对GR50有效剂量为37.54~111.93 g a.i./ha,平均值为64.25 g a.i./ha,表明苍耳对草铵膦敏感。29个藜种群的GR50有效剂量为24.55~106.75 g a.i./ha,平均值为60.43 g a.i./ha,GR50值均低于405 g a.i./ha(田间推荐高剂量的1/2X剂量),表明藜对草铵膦也很敏感。采自北方玉米产区的藜对草铵膦的GR50均值为66.93 g a.i./ha,高于采自黄淮海玉米产区的53.47 g a.i./ha。

Abstract: Xanthium sibiricum and Chenopodium album are two common broad-leaf weeds that seriously affect corn growth and yield. Sensitivity level of X. sibiricum and C. ablum to glufosinate was measured using the whole plant bioassay method to provide basic data for weed control in fields planted with genetically modified glufosinate-resistant corn. GR50 values of six X. sibiricum populations ranged between 37.54 and 111.93 g a.i./ha, with an average of 64.25 g a.i./ha, indicating that all the X. sibiricum populations were sensitive to glufosinate. Among the 29 population of C. album, GR50 values ranged between 24.55 and 106.75 g a.i./ha, averaging at 60.43 g a.i./ha. All the GR50 values in C. album populations were lower than 405 g a.i./ha (half of the recommended dose). Thus, C. album populations also exhibited high sensitivity to glufosinate. However, the average value of GR50in C. ablum populations from Northeast area (66.93 g a.i./ha) was higher than that of C. ablum populations from Huanghuaihai (53.47 g a.i./ha).

Key words: glufosinate, Chenopdium ablum, Xanthium sibirium, sensitivity
