温度预处理对苏云金杆菌芽孢萌发的影响

Effect of Temperature on Germination of Bacillus thuringiensis Spores

摘要:

研究了不同温度预处理对苏云金杆菌芽孢萌发的影响。结果表明:HD-1、HB-2菌株的孢子悬液经65~85℃活化处理15min,芽孢的萌发率在95%以上,100℃活化处理15min,萌发率则低于20%;孢子悬液在30~60℃区间内处理不同时间,结果以活化处理30min萌发率最高,而在70~80℃条件下,活化处理15min,萌发率最高;孢子悬液经高温→低温和低温→高温交替处理,萌发率变化较大。

Abstract: Studied the on effect of temperature on the germination of Bacillus thuringiensis spores revealed that when the suspension of HD-1, HB-2 strains were treated by 65-85℃ for 15 min, germination rate of spores can reach more than 95%, while treated by 100℃ for 15min, the germination rate was below than 20%. Treated by under 60℃ for 30 min, and beyond 70℃ for 15 min have rise to highest germination rate. When the suspension of HD-1, HB-2 strains were treated by high temperature and low temperature alternatively, the rate of germination varied quite significantly.
