皱基盘绒茧蜂滞育诱导的温光周期反应

Temperature and Photoperiod Response in Diapause Induction of Cotesia tibialis (Hymenoptera: Braconidae)

摘要: 为研究皱基盘绒茧蜂Cotesia tibialis滞育诱导的温光周期反应,本文采用不同光周期反应法和梯度变温法,系统研究了光周期和温度对皱基盘绒茧蜂滞育诱导的影响。研究结果表明:皱基盘绒茧蜂以预蛹滞育,滞育类型属冬滞育型。低温、短光照是诱导皱基盘绒茧蜂滞育的主要环境因子,二者相互配合能诱导更多个体滞育。短光照8L:16D条件下,温度低于14℃可诱导皱基盘绒茧蜂进入滞育。长光照14L:10D下,14℃~30℃温度范围内不能诱导皱基盘绒茧蜂滞育。12℃下,光周期8L:16D可诱导86.54%的滞育率,光周期10L:14D和12L:12D条件下其滞育率均有所下降。26℃时,不同光周期下滞育率均为0,光周期作用不显著。低温和短光照配合能极显著地诱导皱基盘绒茧蜂进入滞育。

Abstract: The temperature and photoperiod response of diapause induction in Cotesia tibialis was systematically investigated with the photoperiodic response method and the method of gradient variable temperatures. The results showed that C. tibialis enters diapause in the winter as a prepupa. Short day length and low temperature are the two key factors that induced diapause in C. tibialis, and more C. tibialis were induced into diapause under optimal combinations of these two factors. Under a short-day length of 8L:16D, diapause was induced successfully at temperatures below 14 ℃. Under a long-day length of 14L:10D, diapause was not induced at the temperature range of 14 ℃ to 30 ℃. At 12 ℃, up to 86.54% of C. tibialis entered diapause under a short-day length 8L:16D, and a decrease in diapause rate was observed under both photoperiods of 10L:14D and 12L:12D. At 26 ℃, the diapause rate was 0 under different day lengths, and the effect of photoperiod was not significant. Thus the combination of low temperature and short photoperiod can significantly induce diapause in C. tibialis.
