新月弯孢CLE菌株胞外蛋白对水稻纹枯病的诱导抗性及其菌种鉴定

CLE Extracellular Proteins Induced Resistance of Rice againstRice Sheath Blight and Its Identification

摘要: 以井冈霉素为对照,比较了从感病稗草上分离的CLE菌株胞外蛋白增强水稻对纹枯病的抗性作用。结果表明,接种纹枯病菌后,CLE胞外蛋白处理的SOD和POD的活性比对照有不同程度的上升,MDA含量在接种48h后显著低于对照。CLE胞外蛋白处理显著降低了水稻植株的纹枯病病情指数,防治效果提高了17.9%。基于ITS序列的系统发育分析表明,菌株CLE与新月弯孢Curvularia lunata(有性阶段: 异旋孢腔菌Cochliobolus lunata)系统发育关系最密切,以98.9%的ITS基因核苷酸序列相似性处于同一分支。结合其形态特性,将其鉴定为新月弯孢菌。

Abstract: Extracellular proteins of strain CLE isolated from infected barnyard grass (Echinochloa spp.) samples, could significantly suppress the infection of rice sheath blight. The resistance to sheath blight induced by extracellular proteins of CLE or Jinggangmycin which was taken as a control were studied. After being inoculated with Rhizoctonia solani, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) induced by extracellular proteins of CLE were higher than that of Jinggangmycin, while the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) was lower 48 h after inoculation. Compared to the control, when treated with extracellular proteins of CLE, the disease index had been significantly reduced and the control efficacy was increased by 17.9%. The ITS-based phylogenetic analysis showed that strain CLE and Cochliobolus lunata, which was the teleomorph of Curvularia lunata, were in the same clade, sharing 98.9% homology. Combining with morphological characteristics, strain CLE was identified as Curvularia lunata.
