松材线虫热激蛋白家族成员结构与功能分析

摘要: 热激蛋白(Heat Shock Proteins,HSPs)是一类广泛存在于细菌、真菌和动植物中的热应激蛋白质。本研究从松材线虫基因组中获取了23个与秀丽线虫HSPs基因家族同源的Bx-HSPs家族基因。随后对这些基因所编码的蛋白质二级结构、疏水性、蛋白质序列基序和三级结构等生物学特性进行了预测。结果表明了Bx-HSPs家族成员的分子伴侣特性。本研究为松材线虫应激生理学及研究松材线虫适生范围和风险分析提供了分子生物学理论基础。

Abstract: Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are a class of heat stress proteins which are widely found in bacteria, fungi, animals and plants. From the genomic of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, we obtained 23 Bx-HSPs, which are homologous to the HSPs gene of Caenorhabditis elegans. The biological characteristics of the proteins encoded by the genes, such as protein secondary structure, hydrophobicity, protein sequence motif, and tertiary structure, were predicted. It was revealed that the Bx-HSPs are of molecular chaperone characteristics. The results provide a theoretical basis of molecular biology for the study of stress physiology and adaptive range and risk analysis of B. xylophilus.
