农抗2507的化学测定法

摘要:

农抗2507是一个环肽化合物,在110℃条件下能被水解,生成的游离氨基酸与茚三酮可发生呈色反应。由此建立了定量测定农抗2507的比色测定法。测定波长为560nm。该法检测结果重现性好,RSD为0.053,平均回收率为96.84%。

Abstract: A colorimetric determination of agri-antibiotics 2507 was developed, based on the fact that agri-antibiotics 2507 is a cyclopeptide and hydrolyzed into isolated amino acids at 110℃. The smino acids reacts with ninhydrin and produced colorful materials that could be colorimetrically determined at wavelength of 560nm. The coefficient of RSD was 0.053, the average yield of recovery was 96.84%. The method is accurate, simple, economical and suitable for the determination of agri-antibiotics 2507.
