我国花绒寄甲不同寄主种群的遗传分化

Genetic Differentiation among Six Different Host Population of Dastarcus helophoroides

摘要: 寄生不同天牛种的花绒寄甲Dastarcus helophoroides Fairmaire经鉴定虽为同一种,但却表现出对其自身寄主的嗜好性,而对其他寄主趋性很弱。为明确其是否已分化为不同寄主种群,本文利用线粒体COI与ND5基因片段研究我国花绒寄甲6种寄主种群间的遗传分化。mtDNA-COI基因片段的分子变异分析结果显示,相同寄主种群内变异占总变异的75.64%,明显高于不同寄主种群间变异,Fst值为0.24358,相同寄主种群内个体间存在明显地遗传分化。最大相似法系统发育分析结果与6种不同寄主种群不符;mtDNA-ND5基因片段的分子变异分析结果显示,相同寄主种群内部变异占总变异的88.14%,明显高于不同寄主种群间变异,Fst值为0.11861,种群内个体间存在明显地遗传分化。ML树聚类结果与6种不同寄主种群不相符。

Abstract: Different host populations of D. helophoroides is quite similar in morphology, while they prefer their originating hosts and show weak preference for other host. The mtDNA-COI and mtDNA-ND5 genes were used to investigate the intraspecific genetic divergence among six host populations of D. helophoroides in China. As per the COI sequences, intra-population variation accounted for 75.6% of tht total variation, obvoiusly higher than inter-popuation variation, with an Fst value of 0.24358. And as per the ND5 sequences, intra-population divergence covered 88.1% of the total divergence, significantly higher than inter-population divergence, with an Fst value of 0.11861.
