光温条件和空间对中华螯蜂幼虫生长发育的影响

Effects of Light, Temperature, and Space on the Development of Dryinus sinicus Larvae

摘要: 中华螯蜂Dryinus sinicus是农林业重要害虫斑衣蜡蝉Lycorma delicatula若虫的优势寄生蜂。为解决中华螯蜂人工饲养过程中存活率和结茧率低的问题,明确不同饲养条件对中华螯蜂幼虫生长发育的影响,筛选出合适的人工饲养方法,本研究以斑衣蜡蝉2~3龄若虫为寄主,测定了不同温度、光周期和空间大小对中华螯蜂幼虫生长发育的影响,并探究了中华螯蜂幼虫结茧时对介质和位置的选择偏好。结果表明,在一定范围内中华螯蜂幼虫的发育历期随温度升高而缩短。在温度为25℃、光周期为16L∶ 8D时,中华螯蜂幼虫的存活率和结茧率最高,均为73.3%。随着活动空间的增大,中华螯蜂幼虫的存活率和结茧率整体呈现增高趋势,在尺寸为25 cm× 25 cm× 25 cm的纱网笼内存活率和结茧率最高,分别为96.0%和92.7%。中华螯蜂幼虫偏好在粗糙介质和夹角位置上结茧。本研究结果为中华螯蜂的人工繁殖方法提供了依据。

Abstract: Dryinus sinicus is a dominant parasitic wasp of Lycorma delicatula nymphs, an important insect pest in agricultural and forest ecosystems. In order to address the low cocooning and survival rates in the artificial rearing of D. sinicus, the effects of different rearing conditions on the development of D. sinicus larvae were determined for, selecting optimum indoor rearing methods. The 2nd― 3rd instar nymphs of L. delicatula were used as hosts in this study. The effects of different temperature, photoperiod, and container sizes on the survival and cocooning rates of D. sinicus larvae were determined, and the larvae preference for cocooning substrates and position were also examined. The results showed that the developmental period of D. sinicus larvae decreased as the temperature increased. The highest survival and cocooning rates of D. sinicus larvae were observed at a temperature of 25 ℃ and a photoperiod of 16L:8D, both are 73.3%. The survival and cocooning rates of D. sinicus larvae increased with larger rearing container space, and the highest rates were obtained in the cage of size 25 cm×25 cm×25 cm, with a survival rate of 96.0% and a cocooning rate of 92.7%. The study also found that D. sinicus larvae showed a preference for rough cocooning substrates and positions with angles. These findings are helpful to the artificial production of D. sinicus in laboratory.
