温度对白雪灯蛾卵繁育玉米螟赤眼蜂的影响

The Impact of Temperature on Trichogramma ostriniae with Ostrinia furnacalis as substitute host

摘要: 白雪灯蛾Chionarctia nivea卵作为一种新型赤眼蜂繁育寄主,本文以米蛾卵为对照,研究了温度(19℃、22℃、25℃、28℃、31℃)对白雪灯蛾卵繁育玉米螟赤眼蜂的影响。结果显示,以白雪灯蛾卵为中间寄主繁育玉米螟赤眼蜂时,温度显著影响发育历期、羽化率和单蜂产卵量等生物学指标,其中在25℃条件时,其各项生物学指标较优,发育历期为9.65 d、羽化率为93.71%、雌蜂百分比为84.65%、单雌产卵量为165.9粒、畸形率为5.80%、单雌寿命为12.10 d;各温度条件下,白雪灯蛾卵与米蛾卵对比,其发育历期、羽化率和雌蜂百分比无显著差异,其畸形蜂率均显著高于米蛾卵;在25℃时,白雪灯蛾卵繁育的玉米螟赤眼蜂单雌产卵量显著高于米蛾卵,在31℃时,米蛾卵繁育的玉米螟赤眼蜂其单雌产卵量和单雌寿命优于白雪灯蛾卵。综上,白雪灯蛾卵可作为一种玉米螟赤眼蜂的新繁育寄主,其最适温度为25℃。

Abstract: Chionarctia nivea is a novel substitute host for producing Trichogramma. In this paper, the effect of temperature (19 ℃, 22 ℃, 25 ℃, 28 ℃, 31 ℃) on the breeding of Trichogramma ostriniae with C. nivea as host was investigated, with Corcyra cephalonica as a control of substitute host. The results indicated that temperature significantly affected biological parameters of Trichogramma. Notably, the developmental duration was 9.65 days, emergence was 93.71%, percentage of female wasp was 84.65%, fecundity was 165.9 eggs, deformed wasps rate was 5.80%, and longevity of female was 12.10 days at 25 ℃ . Under various temperature conditions, there was no significant difference in the developmental duration, emergence rate or percentage of female wasp between C. nivea and C. cephalonica. However, deformed wasps rate with host C. nivea was significantly higher than with host C. cephalonica. The fecundity of T. ostriniae with host C. nivea was significantly higher than that with host C. cephalonica at 25 ℃. At 31 ℃, T. ostriniae females with host C. cephalonica exhibited greater fecundity and lived longer than those with host C. nivea. In conclusion, C. nivea can serve as a new breeding host for T. ostriniae, with the optimal temperature of 25 ℃.
