溴氰虫酰胺对东亚小花蝽安全性评价及亚致死效应

Safety Evaluation and Sublethal Effects of Cyantraniliprole on Orius sauteri

摘要: 为明确溴氰虫酰胺对天敌昆虫东亚小花蝽安全性及田间推荐剂量对其繁殖和捕食等生物学特性的影响,通过玻璃管药膜法测定了溴氰虫酰胺对不同龄期东亚小花蝽的毒力,利用安全系数评价了安全性,分析了其不同田间推荐使用剂量对东亚小花蝽雌成虫的寿命、产卵量、卵孵化率、捕食量和捕食功能反应方程参数的影响。结果表明,溴氰虫酰胺对东亚小花蝽4~5龄若虫、雌雄成虫均为低风险,其中对其雌成虫的安全性最高,LC50为216.78 mg/L,安全系数在6.45~18.43。雌成虫接受溴氰虫酰胺21 g a.i./ha和60g a.i./ha的两个田间推荐应用剂量处理后,其平均寿命分别为22.38和22.13 d,均显著低于对照的25.12 d;与雄虫配对后,两个处理组的平均每雌总产卵量分别为120.43粒和99.15粒,与对照组(107.73粒)相比,21 g a.i./ha处理组的产卵量显著增加了9.31%。田间推荐应用剂量的溴氰虫酰胺可以增加东亚小花蝽雌成虫的捕食量和捕食效能,其两个处理组试验中最大捕食量分别为8.00粒和6.89粒,两者捕食功能反应均符合Holling Ⅱ模型,捕食效能(分别为47.97和35.96)与最大寻找效应(分别为0.9023和0.7937)均显著高于对照(26.7909和0.6819)。综上,在田间推荐使用剂量范围内,溴氰虫酰胺对东亚小花蝽高龄若虫和成虫有很高的安全性,且对其繁殖和捕食能力没有显著的负面影响,这些发现为田间实施东亚小花蝽与溴氰虫酰胺的协调控制害虫提供了理论依据。

Abstract: This study aimed to clarify the safety of cyantraniliprole and its influence on the fecundity and predation capacity of Orius sauteri at different field-recommended doses. The acute toxicity of cyantraniliprole against O. sauteri at different instar was measured using the glass tube residual film method and safety was evaluated via the safety factor. The effects on female adult O. sauteri were analyzed by measuring longevity, egg number, egg hatch rate, predation amount, predation function response and searching efficiency at two field-recommended doses. The results showed that cyantraniliprole posed acceptably low risk to both the fourth/fifth instar nymphs and male/female adults of O. sauteri, with the lowest toxicity observed in female adults (LC50= 216.78 mg/L, safety factor ranged from 6.45 to 18.43. After treatment with two field-recommended doses of cyantraniliprole at 21 g a.i./ha and 60 g a.i./ha, the average lifespans of female adults were 22.38 and 22.13 days respectively, both significantly lower than that of the untreated control (25.12 days). When paired with male adults, the females in the two treatment groups deposited 120.43 and 99.15 eggs, respectively. Compared with the control group (107.73), the number of eggs in the 21 g a.i./ha treatment group increased significantly by 9.31%. The field-recommended dose of cyantraniliprole increased the predation amount and predation efficiency of female adult of O. sauteri. Under the two tested doses, the maximum predation amounts reached 8.00 and 6.89, respectively. The predation of the female adult O. sauteri in the two cyantraniliprole treatments conformed to Holling II functional response models. The predation efficiency (47.97 and 35.96, respectively) and the maximum search efficiency (0.9023 and 0.7937, respectively) was significantly higher than those in the control (26.7909 and 0.6819). In conclusion, the field-recommended doses of cyantraniliprole demonstrate high safety toward older nymphs and adults of O. sauteri, with no significant negative effects on the reproductive and predatory abilities of female adults. These findings provide a theoretical basis for the combined application of O. sauteri and cyantraniliprole in field pests control programs.
