伞裙追寄蝇成虫飞行能力测定

The Flight Ability of Exorista civilis Adults (Diptera: Tachinidae)

摘要: 为了明确伞裙追寄蝇Exorista civilis Rondani成虫的飞行能力及不同条件下的变化规律,利用数据微机采集、分析系统(飞行磨)对不同日龄、不同世代以及不同寄主的伞裙追寄蝇飞行能力等参数进行了测定。1日龄伞裙追寄蝇飞行能力较弱,之后逐步提高,5日龄达到最大值(雌性的累计最大飞行距离1.47 km、累计最大飞行时间1.32 h、平均飞行速度1.83 m/s,雄性的累计最大飞行距离0.55 km、累计最大飞行时间0.27 h、平均飞行速度1.52 m/s),5日龄以后飞行能力开始下降,9日龄最低且低于3日龄。雌蝇飞行能力略高于雄蝇,但差异不显著。不同世代飞行能力测试结果表明,随着世代的增加,伞裙追寄蝇的飞行能力逐步下降。转主寄主试验结果表明,转主寄主后飞行能力不存在显著性差异。在整个种群中个体间存在一定的差异,测定的样本中最大累计飞行时间达到2.24 h,最大累计飞行距离达到3.62 km,最大飞行速度达到9.34 m/s。伞裙追寄蝇5日龄飞行能力较强,应是田间搜寻寄主的活跃期;随着室内扩繁的世代增加,伞裙追寄蝇飞行能力发生退化现象。

Abstract: This study aims to determine the flight ability of adults of Exorista civilis Rondani and its responses to different conditionsy. The flight ability of female and male E. civilis at different ages as well as at different generation was measured using a flight mill. The results showed that flight ability of E. civilis varied according to age. E. civilis showed only a weak flight ability on the first day after emergence, and the ability gradually increased and reached the greatest on the 5th day (for female adults, accumulated maximum flight distance was 1.47 km, total maximum flight duration was 1.32 h within 8 successive hours, and the average speed was 1.83 m/s; for male adults, accumulated maximum flight distance was 0.55 km, total maximum flight duration was 0.27 h within 8 successive hours, and the average speed was 1.52 m/s). The difference in flight ability between female and male was not significant (P>0.05). Between generations, the flight ability of E. civilis declined gradually with the increase of generation. Flight ability differed between individuals, the maximum total flight duration reaching 2.24 h within 8 successive hours, the largest accumulative flight distance reaching 3.62 km and the maximum speed being 9.34 m/s. The results suggest that 5 d-old E. civilis is active in searching for the host and that the flight ability of E. civilis may decline with the increase of the indoor propagation generation.
