盲蝽黑卵蜂对枣园绿盲蝽越冬卵的寄生作用

Parasitism of Overwintering Eggs of Apolygus lucorum by Telenomus sp. in Jujube Orchard

摘要: 在华北地区枣园中,发现了绿盲蝽的一种卵寄生蜂,形态鉴定为盲蝽黑卵蜂Telenomussp.。直接观察寄生蜂羽化情况表明,绿盲蝽越冬卵中盲蝽黑卵蜂的寄生率为0.67%~1.25%。设计了盲蝽黑卵蜂的特异性引物,对绿盲蝽越冬卵的分子检测显示,寄生率为13.04%~23.91%。与直接观察方法相比,分子检测技术能更加准确地评估盲蝽黑卵蜂对绿盲蝽卵的寄生作用。

Abstract: A parasitoid, found in overwintering eggs of Apolygus lucorum in jujube orchard of northern China, was identified as Telenomus sp. according to morphological features. Direct observation showed a parasitism rate of 0.67%-1.25%, while molecular detection through species-specific primers developed for Telenomus sp. revealed a much higher parasitism rate of 13.04%-23.91% of the overwintering eggs. Compared with direct observation, PCR-based method is a more accurate method for assessing egg parasitism in A. lucorum by Telenomus sp..
