露狄恩蚜小蜂的鉴定以及个体发育和繁殖特性

Identification, Development and Reproduction of Encarsia lutea, Parasitoid of Bemisia tabaci

摘要: 露狄恩蚜小蜂Encarsia lutea (Masi)是烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci的优势寄生蜂之一。本研究基于形态学特征以及分子标记COI和28S对河北田间采集的寄生蜂进行了鉴定,确认为露狄恩蚜小蜂。明确该蜂的生殖方式为孤雌产雄、两性产雌;寄主关系为雌雄蜂异律发育,是兼性自复寄生蜂,雌性卵和幼期寄生于初级寄主,即烟粉虱若虫,雄性卵和幼期寄生于次级寄主,即烟粉虱若虫体内的本种或异种寄生蜂幼虫。在温度26 ℃、相对湿度65%、光周期14L:10D的室内条件下开展了该蜂的个体发育和繁殖特性试验,结果表明雌、雄蜂卵-幼虫、预蛹-蛹以及成虫前期的发育历期分别为8.4 d、6.8 d、15.1 d和6.9 d、8.0 d、14.9 d;雌蜂的平均寿命为15.0 d,单次交配后雌蜂的平均繁殖量为50.0粒,性比严重偏雄,雄占比87.4%。上述相关结果可为研究异律复寄生蜂生物防治效益提供参考,并为该蜂的后续应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: Encarsia lutea, is one of the dominant parasitoids of Bemisia tabaci. The field collected parasitoids were identified as E. lutea, by morphological features combined with molecular makers COI and 28S. It is facultative autoparasitoid, that diploid eggs were laid in the larvae of B.tabaci and developed as primary parasitoid, while the hyploid eggs were laid in the larvae or pupae of primary parasitoids in B. tabaci and developed as secondary parasitoid. The laboratory experiments were conducted under the conditions of 26 ℃, 65% RH, a photoperiod of 14L:10D to understand the development and reproduction of E. lutea. The results showed that the developmental time of egg to larva, prepupa to pupa, and preadult of females was 8.4 days, 6.8 days, and 15.1 days, while that for males was 6.9 days, 8.0 days and 14.9 days, respectively. The average longevity of females was 15.0 days, the fecundity was 50.0 for females mated once, and the percentage of male offspring was about 87.4%. The above related results can provide a reference for the study of the biological control benefits of facultative autoparasitoids, and provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent application of E. lutea.
