梨小食心虫疏布型迷向制剂的缓释及田间迷向效果

Sustained Release and Field Mating Disruption Efficiency of Dispersive Isotropic Preparation of Grapholita molesta

摘要: 为了探索梨小食心虫Grapholita molesta疏布型迷向制剂的缓释及田间迷向效果,采用梨小食心虫性信息素顺-8-十二碳烯醇乙酸酯作为芯材,硬纸板、塑封袋作为缓释材料,制备梨小食心虫疏布型迷向制剂,测定不同封口方式、温度、纸板厚度及塑料袋厚度条件下的室内释放速率;按照45个/hm2的用量进行田间试验,比较塑封袋厚度分别为6、8、12和20丝的疏布型迷向制剂对桃园梨小食心虫的迷向率。结果表明,热封口方式迷向制剂在室内释放速率持续时间长于正常和真空的封口方式;随温度升高室内释放速率加快、持续时间缩短;而纸板厚度、塑料袋厚度影响较小。随着塑封袋厚度的增加,迷向率逐渐下降,塑封袋厚度为6丝时迷向率达到90.0%以上。研究结果为梨小食心虫疏布型迷向制剂的研究与应用技术的开发提供理论基础。

Abstract: The sustained release and field mating disruption efficiency of the dispersive isotropic preparation of Grapholita molesta was tested using the core material (Z)-8-dodecenyl acetate of the sex pheromone of G. molesta, with cardboard and plastic bag used as the sustained-release materials in preparing the dispersive isotropic preparation of G. molesta. The effects of different sealing methods, temperatures, cardboard thickness, and plastic bag thickness on the release rate were measured in the laboratory. A field experiment was conducted at a dosage of 45 pieces/hm2 to compare the rating of mating disruption of the dispersive isotropic preparation with plastic bag thicknesses of 6, 8, 12, and 20 filaments. The results showed that the release rate of the dispersive isotropic preparation in the heat sealing mode is longer than that in the normal and vacuum sealing mode. As the temperature increased, the release rate accelerated and the duration was shortened. However, the thickness of paperboard and plastic bag had little influence. With the increase of the thickness of the plastic bag, the rating of mating disruption gradually decreased. When the thickness of the plastic bag was 6 filaments, the rating of mating disruption reached more than 90.0%. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the development of application technology of the dispersive isotropic preparation of G. molesta.
