Abstract: 3 superior Trichoderma viride Tv36 fermentation formula for production of antibiotic metabolites were selected from 14 media by comparing their ability to inhibit the mycelial growth of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on plates Basis on the elements of these 3 formulae, the optimal fermentation in vitro was determined after bioassay Fermented antibiotic complex was obtained by fermenting Tv36 in the optimal fermentation medium at 200r/min, 28℃ for 4 d In vitro bioassay showed that the ferment filtrate obviously inhibit the mycelial growth of Sclerotiorum The ferment filtrate of T viride suppressed the disease up to 99% and 92 5% in the bioassay of detached rapeseed leaves at 10 and 20 times of dilution Control efficacy of 80 5% and 68 6% was obtained by spray the ferment filtrate at the dilution of 20 and 50 times in the field trails and the yield increased significantly
