Abstract: Biocontrol fungi play an important role in control of pests and diseases. It is great essential for their mass production and commercialization to have a good understanding of nutrients for their life cycle. This paper focused on the combination of carbon and nitrogen sources with mycelia in liquid and spores on solid. For Beauveria bassiana (IBC1201), better mycelial yields were produced by glucose and Ala in liquid and better spore yields were produced on solid by maltose and yeast extract; for Lecanicillium lecanii (CA-1-G), by glucose and glutin in liquid, by glucose and soy peptone on solid; for Trichoderma viride (TV-1) by fructose and casein in liquid, by cellobiose and yeast extract on solid; for HSY-12-14 (Pochonia chlamydosporia) by sucrose and soy peptone in liquid, by sucrose and NaNO3 on solid.
