Bt+CpTI基因棉花对普通草蛉幼虫捕食功能反应和搜寻效应的影响

Predation Function Response and Searching Rate of Chrysoperla carnea Reared on Aphis gossypii on Transgenic Bt+CpTI Cotton

摘要: 本试验以转Bt+CpTI基因抗虫棉花SGK321与其亲本石远321为研究对象,研究普通草蛉幼虫捕食2种棉花上棉蚜的捕食功能反应和搜寻效应,旨在评价转Bt+CpTI基因棉花对普通草蛉幼虫捕食功能的影响,为转Bt基因棉花对非靶标昆虫的评价研究提供参考。结果表明,普通草蛉幼虫随龄期的增长对棉蚜的瞬时攻击率加快,普通草蛉1龄幼虫取食SGK321和石远321棉花上棉蚜的瞬时攻击率为0.045和0.044,至3龄时瞬时攻击率可达0.107和0.093,但处理和对照间差异并未达显著水平;普通草蛉幼虫对SGK321和石远321棉花上棉蚜的取食时间分别从1龄的0.984和0.992 h减少到3龄的0.130和0.125 h,但普通草蛉对2种棉花上棉蚜的处理时间差异并未达显著水平。当N0→∞时,取食2种棉花上棉蚜的普通草蛉幼虫日最大捕食量之间亦不存在显著差异。随着棉蚜密度的增加,普通草蛉各龄幼虫对2种棉花上棉蚜的搜寻效应均呈下降趋势,即1龄幼虫由0.0239和0.0235降为0.015和0.0148;2龄幼虫由0.0479和0.0464降为0.0245和0.0242;3龄幼虫由0.0631和0.0588降为0.0207和0.0207。研究表明转Bt+CpTI基因棉花对普通草蛉幼虫捕食棉蚜的功能反应和搜寻效应没有显著的影响。

Abstract: Transgenic Bt+CpTI cotton SGK321 and the parental cotton variety Shiyuan 321 were used to assess the predation function response and searching rate of Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens) on Aphis gossypii Glover. The results show that the instantaneous attack rate of C. carnea to A. gossypii increased with instar age. The instantaneous attack rates of 1st instar C. carnea to A. gossypii reared on SGK321 and Shiyuan321 were 0.045 and 0.044, respectively, and reached 0.107 and 0.093 at 3rd instar, respectively. The rates were not significantly different between different host plants. The feeding time of 1st instar C. carnea on A. gossypii reared on SGK321 and Shiyuan321 were 0.984 and 0.992 h, respectively, and 0.130 and 0.125 h at 3rd instar, respectively, which were also not significantly different between the host plants. With increase in prey population size, the maximum predatory amount in 24 h were not different between the host plants. The searching efficiency declined with increase in the number of A. gossypiii, from 0.0239 and 0.0235 to 0.015 and 0.0148 on plants of the two varieties for the 1st instar, respectively, from 0.0479 and 0.0464 to 0.0245 and 0.0242 for the 2nd instar, respectively, and from 0.0631 and 0.0588 to 0.0207 and 0.0207 for the 3rd instar, respectively. The present results reveal that transgenic Bt+CpTI cotton exerts no prominent effect on predation function response and searching rate of C. carnea.
