棉蚜寄主植物与棉平突蚜茧蜂寄生选择的关系

Preference of Lysiphlebia japonica for Aphis gossypii Glover Reared on Different Host Plants

摘要: 为了解棉平突蚜茧蜂Lysiphlebia japonica(Ashmead)对取食不同寄主植物棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover的偏好性,进行了相关的虫口动态、寄生率和体重等参数的调查。虫口动态结果表明,棉田和罩笼中西葫芦上棉蚜、棉平突蚜茧蜂和僵蚜数量均最多,与棉花和黄瓜上的相比有显著差异。室内和罩笼中西葫芦上棉蚜的体重较大,约0.36 mg,显著高于棉花和黄瓜上的棉蚜体重。室内寄生试验结果表明,棉平突蚜茧蜂在西葫芦上对棉蚜的寄生率较高,其中来源于西葫芦上的棉平突蚜茧蜂对西葫芦、棉花和黄瓜上蚜虫的寄生率分别为81.3%、58.3%和44.0%。本文初步明确了棉平突蚜茧蜂对西葫芦具有偏好性,为棉平突蚜茧蜂在生物防治上的应用提供一定的理论指导和实践依据。

Abstract: To understand the preference of Lysiphlebia japonica Ashmead for Aphis gossypii Glover reared on different host plants, we investigated population dynamics, parasitism and weight of the insects. Population size of insects (including A. gossypii, L. japonica and mummified aphids) on zucchini was the largest and significantly higher than those on cotton and cucumber. Adult aphid weight was significantly higher on zucchini than that on cotton and cucumber in both laboratory and field cage tests. L. japonica had a higher parasitism rate for the aphids on zucchini. L. japonica (obtained from zucchini) showed parasitism rates of 81.3%, 58.3% and 44.0% on zucchini, cotton and cucumber, respectively. This study preliminarily showed that L. japonica prefer for zucchini, which could help biological control using L. japonica.
