南方小花蝽对非洲菊上西花蓟马控制效果评价

Control of Frankliniella occidentalis on Gerbera jamesoni by Orius similis

摘要: 为评价南方小花蝽Orius similis对非洲菊上西花蓟马的控制效果,本研究在非洲菊上以2头/m2密度释放南方小花蝽,以西花蓟马的虫口减退率及南方小花蝽对西花蓟马校正防效作为指标评价了其控害效果。结果显示:在释放南方小花蝽前期,南方小花蝽对非洲菊上西花蓟马的控制效果不明显,但随着释放时间延长,控制效果显著提高,释放南方小花蝽21 d后的控制效果高达90.25%,而喷施化学农药的控制效果为-40.93%,释放南方小花蝽的控制效果远高于喷施化学农药处理,表明南方小花蝽对西花蓟马具有更高效持久的控制潜力。

Abstract: To determine the control efficacy of a predator Orius similis on Frankliniella occidentalis, O. similis was released at 2 per square meter to Gerbera jamesoni flowerbeds. And then we investigated the population decline rate of F. occidentalis and the corrected control efficacy of O. similis on F. occidentalis. The results showed that, in the days right after releasing O. similis, the control efficacy on F. occidentalis was not evident; however, with extension of time delay after the release, the control efficacy increased significantly and was higher than that achieved by spraying chemical pesticides. The control efficacy reached as high as 90.25% at 21 days after the release while chemical control efficacy was reduced to -40.93%. These data indicate that O. similis has higher control potential on F. occidentalis compared with chemical control.
