三种杀菌剂对椰心叶甲啮小蜂和椰甲截脉姬小蜂羽化率的影响

The Effects of Three Fungicides on the Emergence Rate of Tetrastichus Brontispae Ferrière and Asecodes Hispinarum Bouček

摘要: 椰心叶甲是棕榈植物上的重要入侵害虫。释放天敌寄生蜂可有效控制其对寄主的危害,是目前防治椰心叶甲最有效的手段。为验证杀菌剂对椰心叶甲天敌寄生蜂的影响,采用浸渍法测定了杀菌剂甲基硫菌灵、百菌清和咪鲜胺对椰心叶甲啮小蜂和椰甲截脉姬小蜂羽化率的影响。结果表明:蛹初期椰心叶甲啮小蜂与椰甲截脉姬小蜂经百菌清处理后,二者的羽化率都有所降低。咪鲜胺处理对两种寄生蜂的羽化率均无明显影响。蛹中期椰心叶甲啮小蜂用甲基硫菌灵处理后的羽化率降低极显著。此外,甲基硫菌灵对蛹初期和蛹中期的椰甲截脉姬小蜂有显著致死能力。因此,在使用寄生蜂防治椰心叶甲时,建议间隔使用甲基硫菌灵和百菌清;而咪鲜胺对两种寄生蜂安全,可以与寄生蜂同时使用。本结果对棕榈植物使用杀菌剂防治病害和使用寄生蜂防治椰心叶甲均有重要意义。

Abstract: Coconut leaf beetle Brontispa longissima Gestro is an important invasive pest on palm plants. The release of parasitoid wasps can effectively control the pest. The effects of fungicides, including methylthiazolam, chlorothalonil and imidamine, on the emergence rates of parasitic wasps, Tetrastichus brontispae Ferriere and Asecodes hispinarum Bouček, were measured using the dipping method. The results showed that chlorothalonil slightly reduced the emergence rate of the wasps when treated to the early pupae of T. brontispae and A. hispinarum. In contrast, imidamine had no effect on emergence of the two parasitic wasp species. Notably, significant decline in the emergence rate was recorded with methylthiazolam treatment to the middle stage pupae of T. brontispae. In addition, methylthiocyanidin had significant lethal effects on the early and middle stage pupae of T. brontispae and A. hispinarum. Therefore, it is recommended that the methylthiophenol and chlorothalonil should be used at regular intervals when the parasitic wasps are released in the field, whereas the methylamine is safe for the two parasitic wasps and can be used in combination with the wasps. The present results are significant for the control of coconut leaf beetle using parasitoids and control of diseases using fungicides on palm plants.
