紫花苜蓿田牛角花齿蓟马诱集技术优化研究

Optimization Trapping Technology for Controlling Odontothrips loti (Haliday) (Thysanoptera, Thripidae) in Alfalfa Field

摘要: 为明确诱虫板对紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa (L.)田中牛角花齿蓟马Odontothrips loti (Haliday)的诱集作用,本研究分别于2021和2022年连续两年测定了苜蓿生长期不同颜色诱虫板、不同悬挂高度、田间不同设置位置、每日不同时段等因素对紫花苜蓿田内牛角花齿蓟马诱集量的影响。试验结果表明:牛角花齿蓟马对白色诱虫板趋性最高,两年平均诱集量分别为293.10头/板和219.00头/板,且白色诱虫板对天敌影响最小,益害比为0.05;白色诱虫板悬挂高度在50 cm处诱集效果显著高于20 cm处;诱虫板在田间边缘地段较中央地段的诱集效果好;在每日不同的4个时段内,下午至黄昏时分诱集到的牛角花齿蓟马的数量较其他时段多。在苜蓿一年生长期内,6月底至7月中旬,当苜蓿处于第二茬生长期时,诱集到的牛角花齿蓟马数量最多,平均诱集量为454.63头/板,7月13日前后达到为害顶峰,平均诱集量为623.50头/板;而每一茬次苜蓿在现蕾期时,牛角花齿蓟马为害最重。本研究利用色板诱集技术为紫花苜蓿田重大害虫牛角花齿蓟马绿色综合防控体系的建立奠定了基础。

Abstract: The efficiency of sticky traps for trapping Odontothrips loti (Haliday) in alfalfa fields was investigated with respect to color, hanging height, location in fields, and daily timing in 2021 and 2022. The results showed that the white sticky board trapped the most O. loti, with trap catches of 293.1 and 219.0 insects/board in 2021 and 2022, respectively, and a minimal impact on natural enemies as indicated by the beneficial to pest ratio of 0.05 in the catch. The white boards hanged at 50 cm high trapped significantly more O. loti than those at 20 cm. The sticky boards set at the edge of the alfalfa fields showed higher efficiency than those at the central section. The number of O. loti trapped at dusk was more than that in other times. Annually, trap catches of O. loti peaked from the end of June to the middle of July when Medicago sativa was in the second growth period, averaging 454.6 insects/board; when the damage peaked around July 13, the average trap catches were 623.5 insects/board. When the crop was in the budding stage inf each season, O. loti caused the highest damage. The trapping using color boards offers a green control system of O. loti.
